Taking you from your first flights - to being competent to fly without supervision.

You can learn using your own aircraft providing your own buddy box & lead. Or, if you have a Spektrum radio system, the second transmitter can be provided by the company & 'bound' to your model.

You can also fly the company's Max Thrust RIOT aircraft with our Spektrum Buddy Box transmitters. Of course, you could also start off using the company aircraft & then progress to your flying your own aircraft at any stage during your training.

The Company's Riot has a custom colour scheme, designed to aid visibility and orientation.

All training is clearly structured. If you are learning & preparing for your BMFA 'A' test, you will follow a series of linked training flights. All flights have defined learning objectives. They are then individually briefed & the flight follows the brief. After the flight, a structured debrief highlights all learning areas, leading to a positive plan for the next sortie.

The company uses checklists on all training flights, to make pre-flight & post-flight procedures simple & easy complete. This ensures that errors are kept to the minimum & that safety is enhanced. The checklist complies with the safety codes published in the BMFA Handbook.

All training flights are recorded on training forms, giving a clear record or performance & progress throughout the training. See an example Flying training form.
